• Minimum Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Has a passion for food, music.
• At least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good all-rounder - conceptual thinker, strong design ability.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, website design.
• Must be well-organized, good at multi-tasking, and keeping on top of a schedule when things get crazy.
• Photography skills is an added advantage.
• Portfolio is required pre-interview.

1. All entries have to be submitted before the twenty third (23rd) of July 2010 no later then 12.00pm. Entries received after the stated date will not be valid.

2. This competition is only open to those residing in Malaysia.

3.Contestants must be a FAN of The Apartment Facebook Fanpage in order to join the competition.

4.Photo entries must not contain any visible brand/s, nudity/partial nudity or anything which implies nudity/partial nudity, explicit content, anything deemed unsuitable under Malaysian Law and unsuitable for use of publicity for the general Malaysian public. Failing to comply will subject entry to disqualification and removal from Facebook Fanpage without prior notice.

5. ChasWood Resources Sdn Bhd reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use names, contact details and entries of the participants without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the participants for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes.

6.Mass tagging is allowed, however the contestants shall manage the tags at their discretion. The Apartment Facebook Fanpage moderator is not liable or responsible for tags created.

7. Two (2) winning photos and will be based solely on the highest LIKES generated for each individual entry in the Fan Photo Section of The Apartment Facebook Fanpage.
8. Contestant may submit as many entries as possible within the boundaries of the terms and conditions provided. However, only the best entry per valid name (full name according to IC of contestant) will be counted as the winning entry.

9. Winners and prize collection information will be announced on the 31st of July 2010.
